bansheeseat$$ Posted October 3, 2009 Report Posted October 3, 2009 If your running stock carbs make sure you got the slides in the correct carbs and the choke tube is in place between the carbs. Quote

Rodneya Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 How did you check compression. At 50 psi it should take a couple hundred kicks to start if it ever starts. Quote
shogs Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 Did you tear it apart, remove tors, then put it back together? Thats what I did and I accidentally cut a wire that wouldn't let it rev passed like 1/4 throttle before it backfired bad. Did you cut tors or remove it from the carbs as well. Try to be as descriptive as possible so people can help you out a little more. Quote

At 50 psi it should take a couple hundred kicks to start if it ever starts. i took one plug out. put my compression tester on it and kicked it about 30 times till the needel stoped moving. and i did it while it was cold cause it didnt want to fire Quote
