If its mushroomed on the end, well you are going to have to cut it out quick with a dremal with a lil cut off wheel or hacksaw if you can get it in tehre. Simple job and then buy a new bolt. Your replacing the bearings and seals anyways.

 

If its not mushroomed that bad, well get a buddy to hold the shee while you get a small piece of 2x4 of some hardwood and stick it againts the bolt. Get the buddy to hold the 2x4 in place also if he trusts that you wont smash his hand and your not a blind man lol. Then go ape shit on it with a BFH, AKA 5-10lb sledge and that will pop it out in a jiffy.

it hasn't mushroomed much but iwas able to move the swingarm from side to side before i even got the nut off,i got the bolt to move a little so cut it out is the other option ha? thanks

Your screwed! Try an air hammer or save yourself the time and headache and just cut it off! PM NYUK on here, he will most likely have all the hardware you need and he will ship it the same day.

BFH. I bought my first sledge hammer years ago just to knock that bolt out. Don't think I've used it since.

x 2 there a pain in the ass to get out all you can do is wack the hell out of it when you get it out though i recomend some neversease on the bolt on fresh install
