sheefreak Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 I think what you are doing is great.....I wish I had the ability, and access to tooling to do what you are attempting. I am interested in the outcome. Obviously you are not going to end up w/a 200 plus horse monster you would w/the billet cases and aftermarket cylinders, but I don't believe that is what you are after anyway...... Good luck w/it. FireHead Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 O by the way there are some triple banshees out there; and the ones ive seen are either 2 cases mated up together or are $2000 billet crank cases. I dont feel like spending 2 grand or a lot of hours righting a program to hog one out. The last set of billet cases I made only cost ~$300 for the metal......... :geek: Quote
slopoke Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 i sure wish i was that talented. I do good to get legos to mate. Please post pics and keep up the good work. Its amazing to me Quote
badassbanshee479 Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 a 521cc triple... I wonder what kind of torque numbers it will make? will you be able to dyno it after you get it running? Quote
glassjawjm Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 I have a Flywheel and coil from a h1 500 triple I could hook you up with, I coudnt see it being that hard to modify it to fit, pop out the rivets and swap them out, maybe move the tabs around. Might have to maKe a New timing plate for it to fit the pickup. Or mAybe it just might slide right on there, or Maybe just stick with the stocker Quote

And to the guy asking about getting it dynoed i would consider getting it done but its not going to done for a while. Quote
