no havent had chance to get out there with work and family hopefully can mess with it this weekend. if dont have anything going and get those parts back for that bike let me know can wrench on them in the garage.

Are you talking the pancake bearing and the push rod? those are free. the gear on the back side of the clutch basket is still intack with the shaft and spacer and thrust washer. my guess is its seized and or welded and may be the issue. just unsure on how to remove with out prying. gonna try to mess with it later tonight.

need some suggestions/help on clutch issue. shee runs fine but no clutch. has pressure on clutch handle like should, so checked and reset all adjustments but no go. replaced cable thinking had stretch as well as plates and springs but still same issue. so pulled basket plates etc... has anyone had problem with washer and or spacer seizing or welding itself to gear behind basket? to me thats where the problem lays but not sure. gear is still on shaft end as well as spacer and washer. now wondering how to pull gear washer spacer etc... with out prying or breaking anything. snapped a few pics but no luck uploading. any help or advice would be great. thanks, joe. link to a few pics http://imageshack.us/g/404/dsc02014m.jpg/

Sounds good, won't be riding until sled season over. Cool, all good. Well depends, some times a few and other times 10 plus depending on where we go riding. Been riding trails in northern wisc by families property with big group. Usually try to hit up badlands, cliffs, or fox valley a few times a yr. Use to ride the dumps and casino area before started cracking down.

What is left: Heat exchangers, flywheel, chaincase, wiring, expansion chamber, red plastic ski (does have damage), driveshaft, steering stem with rods, intake boots with crossover, gas tank shroud, fuel pump, snow flap,headlight, brake rotor, rear bumper cover, park brake lever, top half or airbox, chaincase dipstick, steering rod, caliper for parts, misc. coolant hoses, ski bump stops, pulse coil, voltage sensor, water pump. Also have a hood and rear skid. Hood has damage but is usable. Skid has seen better days and could be used for parts or rebuild. All parts located in Il, south suburbs of chicago. Have pics if need.

What is left: chaincase cover, new windshield polaris #2874612, mirror, exhaust grommet, hood plenum, steering stem, drive/jack shaft, brake rotor, cdi, voltage regulator, some wiring (hood section and short cdi piece), y-pipe, 13 plate hyvo chain, handle bar clamp, handle bar pad, drive cog, steering boots, rear bumper covers, handle bars, coolant bottle, hood strap, ski bump stop, throttle cable, secondary clutch, ski spindle, steering stem bushings and keepers, misc. hardware, drive/jack shaft flange. All parts located in Il, south suburbs of chicago. Have pics if interested in something and have paypal.

2004 Rance all aluminum snowmobile trailer. Wishbone tongue with 2" reciever, 4 prong plug. 2 place 101" wide by 120" long. Has 2 tie down bars, track mats, new spare tire. Has 4 tie down hooks mounted in the rear, 2 on each side. Just regreased the bearings, no miles since. Low mileage. Have clear title, original owner bought it new. Asking $900.00 or best offer.
