freddy Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 Well my shee started misfiring and bogging a lot found out one of the reed pedals was m issing a piece so I replaced both of them and it still boggs and don't run right, I changed the plugs , put in my buddies. Carbs and his v force 3s and still nothing?? Anyone have any ideas?? Both sides wet at reeds?? Any hellp would be greatly appreciated guys, thanks Quote
bbcmudtruck Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 Sounds like it could be an electrical issue, since you tried your buddies carbs and had the same results. Try switchin the coil wires to see if the problem will follow the wire. Just take the spark plug wires and switch them around, and see if you can reverse your previous results. Quote
LS1Inferno Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 as said switch plug wires and check the gap on the pickup. Quote
bansheefreak Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 might do a compression check on the side it sucked a reed... possibly got a hole it now.. also check see if you got choke tube back on and make sure slides are in the right carbs it will run like choke is on if not... Quote

Screaming Yellow Zonker Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 check all your wiring and connectors. had a friends bike last year that just poped like crazy and it was a loose connector coming from the stator. good luck! Quote
