Went out draggen and ran great for about 3hrs then started running rough. I fouled out both plugs. Mods below. Do i need to switch to race fuel? Running pump 91.

I woudl say you need less fuel if you fouled plugs.

If you are close to see level with a 19cc dome you definately need to at least mix 50/50 with 93 an race gas.What is your timing at also your signature says you have a shaved head and a cool head?

oops i need to adjust my sig. Im runnin a coolhead now. +4 timing.

Plug fouling is jetting. I'd run a mix as well. +4 timing, 19cc domes wont make it foul plugs but being really rich would. Hope this helps.

im running 310 jets, do i need to go down??? also should i advance timing to +5?

or lots of really bad oil. What ratio and brand are you using?

red line max racing oil at 40:1

I havent ever jetted stock carbs, but from what I gather 310 is kind of big for FMF exhaust and no port work.

 

T5's usually run 310's

FMF's usually run 280's

 

I would drop down to a 300 and see how it runs.
