Yeah I already know that the lid chokes the intake system. Saw one of these on Ebay and later on BikeBandit.com. Did a search on BansheeHQ and no info. shee4speed Posted October 24, 2008 Report Share Posted October 24, 2008 (edited) I used to run the EHS lid (its just an outerwear) and it worked good.One time it clogged affter several days in the sand.I never tried the K&N lid.I prefer pods now.I only ride sand. sorry no help here. The best thing I like about it is it repels water. The K&N is pleated, so I'm not sure how well it would work if riding in wet conditions. Thay come with a outerwhere so thay will repel water just as good as the EHS lid. I will sell you mine if your interisted. I only used it a few times befor I got bit by the bug... You can either buy the complete lid (pretty pricey) or the kit to mod it yourself for about 50-60. I like it a lot and the owner of them helped me out when I had a question.
