try hammer and a center punch to start it.........

i did and its not budging! i want to paint my frame and i need to change the bushing and bearings

Use A bigger hammer and beat them fuckers! Dont worry about dinkin the threads up because if they are rusted to shit you gotta buy new anyways.

i have found sometimes a bigger hammer don`t work. then i break out the sawzall.

i just did it last week u just gotta hit it hard no pansy smacks just hit it

put the nut back onto the head about 3-4 threads and cut behind it with a hacksaw. be careful not to cut the frame obviously.

 

sawzall works too but be weary of what ELSE your cutting besides the bolt

 

Then it will be easier to punch out with the proper punch and hammer method. bigger target will allow use of a bigger hammer. 24oz is your best bet

i tried heat penetrating lube puch with a hammer

 

im just going to cut the one a arm off along with the swing arm
