DUNEDEMON,
Yes, I have looked under the 'For Sale' section and finding something not already sold or part of a complete set of parts is difficult.

What kind of clean up? Like a little rust near the axle carrier?
Mine has a bend in it which causes a terrible shaking above 50mph. Just wondering if someone had an axle they would sell reasonably. I've been watching eBay, but I would trust you guys more.
My Banshee used to die every time I hit a big puddle or got a good soaking some other way. Fried a CDI from it once. I finally got sick of having to dodge every puddle on the trail and decided to check the wiring. I pulled the whole wiring harness off. Some of the wrap looked bad so I decided to pull it all apart and inspect then re-wrap it. When I got it apart I found a few place where the insulation was rubbed off. I shrink wrapped all those places then I removed the crappy connectors they used to hold the wire together and soldered it. I then used silicon on the connections and then shrinked wrap on that. When all done I wrapped the whole thing. Now I could drive it through a lake without it shorting out. A lot of work, but well worth it.
You can look someplace that sells aftermartket stuff for sleeves or if you find a machine shop to do the boring and sleeving they may be able to just order the sleeves for you.
I wouldn't think you would see smoke pouring out if it didn't have oil. As pimp559 said, it could be from having two oils. Could also be a stuck float on the side where the cylinder wasn't firing.
My axle has a slight bend on the left by the hub. It causes my Banshee to shake violently at high speeds. I was wondering if any of you has ever had one straightened and if so, did it work well? How much did it cost?
I would go +2 or +4. I have +2 on mine and it works awesome in the trails and for climbing hills. I have no trouble with handling on tight trails or getting the front wheels in the air when I goose the throttle.
I haven't noticed mine using any more fuel with the single 35mm. I am still making some adjustments, but it has been running very rich so it should actually get better. It does work great though!
