  1. A friend of mine and I have actually been using Yamalube 2-S mixed at 32:1 in our Banshees for 7 years and have had no problems.
  2. That was waaaay funny! I'm sending that link to everyone I know that has a Dodge!
  3. Would $20 + shipping be a reasonable offer?
  4. DUNEDEMON, Yes, I have looked under the 'For Sale' section and finding something not already sold or part of a complete set of parts is difficult. 94BansheeRider , What kind of clean up? Like a little rust near the axle carrier?
  5. Mine has a bend in it which causes a terrible shaking above 50mph. Just wondering if someone had an axle they would sell reasonably. I've been watching eBay, but I would trust you guys more.
  6. My Banshee used to die every time I hit a big puddle or got a good soaking some other way. Fried a CDI from it once. I finally got sick of having to dodge every puddle on the trail and decided to check the wiring. I pulled the whole wiring harness off. Some of the wrap looked bad so I decided to pull it all apart and inspect then re-wrap it. When I got it apart I found a few place where the insulation was rubbed off. I shrink wrapped all those places then I removed the crappy connectors they used to hold the wire together and soldered it. I then used silicon on the connections and then shrinked wrap on that. When all done I wrapped the whole thing. Now I could drive it through a lake without it shorting out. A lot of work, but well worth it.
  7. You can look someplace that sells aftermartket stuff for sleeves or if you find a machine shop to do the boring and sleeving they may be able to just order the sleeves for you.
  8. I wouldn't think you would see smoke pouring out if it didn't have oil. As pimp559 said, it could be from having two oils. Could also be a stuck float on the side where the cylinder wasn't firing.
  9. So, what's up with the axle? Sold or what?
  10. Well now I know who not to take advise from. I guess I've probably been guilty of drinking a barley pop while on the site once or twice.
  11. Hey shellbyzfan33, I sent you a PM a couple days ago about the axle. Didn't get a response. What gives?
  12. Never mind, got a set off eBay.
  13. Anybody have some good used upper A-Arms they want to sell?
  14. Do you still have that axle? Same price?
  15. Are you seriously trying to sell this stuff or just yanking our chains?
  16. My axle has a slight bend on the left by the hub. It causes my Banshee to shake violently at high speeds. I was wondering if any of you has ever had one straightened and if so, did it work well? How much did it cost?
  17. How much for A-Arms? Are they straight and in good condition? I would like to see a picture if you have one. My email is [email protected].
  18. I agree. It definately sounds like the main. Mine did that and I had to go down from a 190 to a 180. Now it runs great!
  19. I would go +2 or +4. I have +2 on mine and it works awesome in the trails and for climbing hills. I have no trouble with handling on tight trails or getting the front wheels in the air when I goose the throttle.
  20. So find a cheap set of used fenders on eBay or something and cut them. Save your flame graphic ones for when you want to ride with fenders.
  21. Have you sold this yet? What kind of condition is it in? Are the A-Arms included? Shipping to 55121?
  22. Have you tried using a spring compressor to shorten it?
  23. Have any of you guys had trouble with using the +2 lengths when trail riding?
  24. I haven't noticed mine using any more fuel with the single 35mm. I am still making some adjustments, but it has been running very rich so it should actually get better. It does work great though!
