  1. Or 1 or 2 that say "try it to see what happens" as if tuning an engine is all about the guessing.
  2. Thats positively ghoolish.
  3. I'll see if I can find a phone book with the address in it around here... someone keeps movin shit around on me. I'm about to nail my fucking calculator to the god damned desk here......
  4. ColorVision Powder Coating (CPC) in North Ogden in the Weber Industrial Park.
  5. They're banned in nearly every city in the state here. Mostly because of the people trying to ride them on the road WITH traffic. I saw some guy up by my shop on State Road 139 which is a 4 lane, 55 mph high way that alot of garbage trucks, cement trucks and dump trucks use and this jackoff was riding down the road like he owned the damn thing. After that they made height restrictions, and speed restrictions on stuff like that. Used to be that if you rode on a road that had a posted speed limit of 25mph you could ride damn near anything you wanted without getting hassled, now you can't do shit.
  6. Thats fuckin amazing. I have one of their price lists, and shit is cheap. Better than paying a $100 oven minimum charge when you have 3 brackets to get coated. I hope to be taking them my drag frame over the winter along with everything else on the bike.
  7. My laptop took a shit on me. THATS one major drawback of tuning with a laptop.
  8. Damn...you could pass as the bass player for Korn in that getup.
  9. If you're anywhere near Northern Utah there is a kick ass place I take my stuff too.
  10. Yes yes...those were mine. I'll see if I can come up with a kicker design.
  11. She was bringing me some dinner when that picture loaded. She'll ground me if she finds me on here.
  12. My mom is taking away my computer now.
  13. Doesnt the 400ex have rotary valves? I think those kinda kick ass. I don't know much about them, other that with no rotating mass and springs to compress as in a standard valved engine, that should free up a few horsepower. A good example of how much a valve train can eat up is the Bugatti Veyron with the W-16 engine. From what I've read, the total calculated amount of energy in the air/fuel mixture coming in to the engine works out to be 3000 hp. 1000hp is soaked up just turning the valve train, 1000hp goes out as wasted heat, and the remaining 1000hp sees the drive train.
  14. LOL Back in the day before there was hover bikes we had TIRES we had to put actual AIR into!!! And none of this controlling the bike by thought horseshit. We had handle bars we had to hang on to.
  15. Exactly. Even if its a bit more money to tinker with your bike, I'd love to never have to change a jet again. The only thing I don't like about tuning with a laptop is how many variables there can be. The HyperTech programmer available for my CBR600F4i apparently will allow you to adjust the fuel/air/timing curve every 1000rpm or so. So there is a chance to dial it in exact, but you have to have a dyno available or risk having an obscure lean spot or something in the middle of your power curve. The tunability is great, but the complexity could become overwhelming.
  16. How much for one not in a crate. Fluck...I can build my own crate. lol
  17. I wish I knew where these freakers were getting their bolts to sell you guys. I get them from a fairly large supplier, and I buy quite a bit of them, but my COST is more that what otheres are selling them for. Amazing.
  18. FECK YEAH! Thats more like it.
  19. I'm impressed he got ahold of a Hayabusa engine. WHEN I've found them they are 3-4 G's easy.
  20. LMFAO christ is that ugly or what?
  21. There are TONS of them here
  22. Grey water....is that water from the shower and or sinks? I typically piss in the sink. Actually every chance I get. Wife only busts me when I don't move the dishes first.
  23. I'd just have to make sure to sleep lightly. If I wasn't careful I'd wake up with it around my nuts.
  24. I have no idea.
  25. No rev limiter. The design on a 2 stroke makes the combination of exhaust design, engine port design and intake design your rev limiter.
