if you used regular bomb can paint on your pipes you are wasting your time. if you ride in the mud and shit like that its gonna chip off. ive found that the heat temp powdercoating works really well. might be more expensive, but its worth it when you dont have to paint your pipes all the time. as for the oven idea i think id just let them sit. i dont know if the oven will help all that much.

i have heard really bad things about maier. i have heard that it doesnt line up and that also you have to drill your own holes f*ck that. i think the ufo looks a lot better but not sure about quality. to be honest if you want top of the line quality youd be better off buying factory plastic. its about 500 for a complete set, but hols up very well thru the abuse. and as an added bonus you dont have to drill your own holes!!

even if you were able to afford one the insurance on it will be outrageous. all that is provided you can even find one. they arent very common. the twin turbo supras go for a lot of money. even the older ones are expensive. good luck with gettin one

i just got this program today. so far i can get video fine but i cant get the sound with the video. does anyone know anything about this program?? or does anyone know of a really easy to use capturing program?? im gonna get some really tight videos up here if i can just get the sound to work. i figure the sound helps make the video, so i dont wanna just add music.

i personally would go to sears just in case something were to happen to it. if you buy off ebay then something goes wrong, you might be screwed. i think i got mine at lowes. its a Campbell Hausfield and it works pretty good. plus i know that if it breaks lowes will take it back. i think i paid like 90 bucks for it.

im guessin that its a pretty tall engine. im sure it could be done but i think a raptor frame would be a better frame to use. the 660 engine in them is really tall, and it might just be enough space for an r1. im sure there would be some pretty extensive frame modifications to go along with it.
