  1. timing is set at 0 from the factory.
  2. yes thats way too big and the main is way too small, especially for the cub cylinders. pilot will be in the 45 to 50 range and mains in the 158 to 165 range depending on elevation and pipes. usually a pilot that big is more for the single cylinder 2 strokes like the cr500. my 40mm keihin carb for my cr500 used a 65 pilot or so...

  5. ive rode mine in the trails and i didnt like it. that was with 15/41 gearing and 20 inch tires. there was nothing on bottom. even pipes owuldnt give me enough on the bottom to make them what id want out of a trail bike. its still alot more cost effective to just have a woods port done if thats all you are wanting to do with it. and i have tons of experience riding woods ported bikes and i have a lot of seat time on my cub setup. for the trails i would get a trail port and for dragging id go with cubs...

  10. i know how you feel man. last august some fucker decided they needed my mowing equipment more than i did. they took my scag mower, trailer, 3 stihl weedeaters and a stihl blower. also took our millermatic wirefeed welder. them fuckers knew what they were looking for. they even had to laod my mower on my trailer. someone knew about my shit. all in all i lost about 14,000 worth of shit. to this day i dont have shit to show for it except some really big bills from the new shit i had to buy...i would give anything to know who did it. dont even care about my stuff. give me 15 mins with the ppl who did it would make me feel alot better.
  11. i actually found that with my noss head the coolant hose went way up on the tube sticking downward. do you have the piece that the coolant hose is attached to turned towards the front more? you should have way more than enough to get it sealed up tight.

  13. if you dont like the spring color just have it PCed. otherwise they are all the same i believe, just different colors for different years.

  16. ohh yea. that shut down was gay. i really thought that one time you were goin over the bars when you hit that bump at the end. i was like oh shit...i didnt realize you had stock shocks on that bike. i thought the rear was a strut. maybe im thinkin of that other guy that was there with the drag bike. mainly, suspension is good. you got shocks and youre ready to climb...june 12 is the one after this month.

  20. ok im confused. is it leaking from the bottom of the cylinder or top of the cylinder??? in your original post you said the lower part in front of the cylinder. where exactly is the coolant coming from?

  22. have you ever rode a 600? i cant imagine needing more power or speed than what my f4i is capable of. i mean when really do you need to go 180 mph? or go from 0-100 in 2 seconds? i think you need to ride as many bikes as possible before you buy something. in all reality i doubt youll need anything bigger than a 600 unless you are a pretty big guy.
