    id say about 160 to 165 main and 42 to 48 pilot. if it were me id start at 165 main and 45 pilot...

    why u wanna go 100?? thats a pretty damn high speed on a quad..i know mine can do it but for what reason? i dont need to go that damn fast..quads vibrate too much and atthose speeds i wouldnt feel comfortable..

    sounds like its time for all new clutch parts. mine would do the same as yours. it was hard as hell to shift when it got hot. bought all new clutch shit and new clutch and bam, problem solved. shifts like butter now...call FAST and get set up...
