    i would say that you could pull about 15/41 gearing or so...with no porting you will be limited as to the highest gearing you can pull...

    i put a heavier flywheel in the cr500 motor and only thing i noticed was that it had a little more on bottom. i think they are supposed to smooth out the power more, which it did to mine...i took it off tho once i had it stroked...

    i would call rocky mountain for this stuff...www.rockymountainatv.com.. they have the cheapest prices on all that shit. DID chain and primary drive sprockets. they also have your brake pads.

    never heard of them...as for the 2 into 1 there are lots of guys runnin them. i like 2 carbs myself but if you want some more low end 2 into 1 will help..not sure on the price of them. check trinity's website.

    only way to actually change the gear ratio is by changing your gears in your differentials. im asuming you wanna change the gear ration to compensate forthe bigger tires...you need to call somewhere who sells that shit and get prices on it. its not cheap and if you cant install yourself its really gonnaget expensive.

    there are lots of different builders out there. FAST, a & s, ssr, k and t and so on...depends on what you want exactly and how fast u want it back from them. as for carbs 35mm pwk are a really popular carb. they run very well with most 4mm setups. lectrons are nice but a bit pricy. i think the 35mm pwk will do the job just fine.
