    its not adjusted properly, i dont care what that fuckin manual says. with a little adjustment at the pancake bearing or the clutch lever that lunge will be gone.

    are you sure the clutch is adjusted properly at the pancake bearing? if its lunging forward i would say its out of adjustment.

    hmm, might need to pull the head off and make sure you didnt do something inside. so it wont start without pulling it? sounds like maybe you lost compression.
