My brother's bike had a fucked up CDI. It would run but sputter on top. We swapped it out and the bike ran perfect. They can be hit or miss. I'd swap it if you can find one to test with.

Put the valve stems on the inside. Those rims should be 3/6 offset. You will narrow it up 3" per side.

It's a 34" play axle set all the way in.

80 hours in frame and 20 hours in pipe mods?! That's insane. That's exactly why the 450r frame is 1,000 times better for a conversion bike. I had about 20 hours in my frame and about 5 in the pipes.
