I have my head off to have some boonman modifications done.... While in there i noticed that my piston says .50MM. Does this mean that it is half a MM over stock, or 50 over?? I think the wordding is getting me messed up here... thanks.
i want to find a way to modify the open criss cross metal into my grill.... Cheap stuff and not bad looking... Easy to get chromed or PC'd. But haven't got to that part yet in the redo.
How can you root for those two... Not that i don't like either of them... But one is a chevy driver... the other a dodge driver. And neither of the two really get along. I myself root for anyone driving a dodge.... GO MOPAR...
OK.... i'm getting the Roll design long travel kit. If i get the shocks they sell in a package, it would be ELKA shocks. But i can get Black widows, for roughly the same price. So which would you go with?? That's my question and why??

Are you trying to wheelie right of the get go. Or are you hitting powerband and trying to wheelie. I can get mine up.."clean minds" in 1-3 with a +2 swinger on dirt. Running stock 250R tires... otshu (spelling) tires. HUH???
If you want to modify one in. Get a new tail light with two intensities. And just put a pressure switch inline somewhere on your rear brake line. Haven't done it, but that is how it is set up on my harley. Could just copy that idea.

I get the whole don't rev when in park and all. I wanted to know, things like how the signal flows. I'm nuking it i guess. But i get some good ideas from everyone here.

that's what i plan to do... is remove all unneeded wires for TORS. I plan to route all of them through the frame. So less wires to worry about the better. But i'd feel better if i understood how this actually worked. Thanks for the inputs though. I'll keep checking up for new ones.
Here is what i traced for the TORS wiring. I want to know how/why this works? Don't downplay for me as i'm a Navy Electronics tech. I understand but can't wrap my brain around this one. I want to know where to remove all the TORS wiring, where to cut it all out at. I thought at the red " X's " and just make sure i reconnect ground? Thanks for the help.
I'll have a frame here in 2-3 three weeks when i get the other back from PC. In lower PA. Only have two so i could ride and start the upgrade at the same time.
