  1. Thanks guys, we still have the Banshee's for the dunes. Just the trails here by the house are a little tighter.
  2. I just bought my oldest boy a CR 250 to ride around the place. Anyone know of a good forum, similar to this one, that talks about bikes? Thanks, I'm too lazy to look.
  3. I just installed a IMS 5.6 tank and now my YZ High bend bars hit. I've lost half of my steering both ways. Is there any way to raise my "triple clamp"? I'm at a loss.
  4. I might be there, oh wait, I live here!
  5. Yeah, and after Wal-mart killed your K-mart and Ames, they jacked all their prices up!
  6. I run 927 premix in my Early Bronco all the time. Has a carb, no O2 sensor or cats. Also, I put a rubber tag that I get from work on the cans. I just write 927 premix on the tag, or I write strait race fuel on a tag for the other bikes. Tags last a year or so, then I just replace them.
  7. How do all those Supercross riders do it with a twist? I just can't see where a 4 wheeler is different from a 2 wheeler, at least as far as a throttle goes. I'm a twist fan, always have been, always will be. Flame away.
  8. Not a chance! And I live 20 min away.
  9. I'd go with the Yoshi, quietest one that I know of and within 1 HP of the highest gainer. Been told with the jets, filter, hole in the box and of coarse the pipe, you can get up to 13+ HP.
  10. Does the bearings come with the "sprocket" part? One of mine is WORE out. Not bad for an AMP Link I bought in 1992.
  11. I have an OLD 87 Banshee that has spent its whole life here on the Oregon dunes on a set of Sand Skate II's. Fresh top end with no porting. Just has OLD FMF Gold Series pipes, reeds and K&N. Nothing fancy. I've been thinking of going to Haulers but I don't know what size. 20's, 21's, or 22's? Any preferences? On a side note, the Skate II's will last forever if ridden ONLY in the sand and not from the middle of the North Bend bridge to Boxcar.
  12. I'm another retirement home victim, 32 years old riding a 87 Banshee that I bought when I was 19.
