the motor was deshined to run with the power valves it won't run as good without them the carbs you have will work fine

get one that goes directly into your cylinder to get a acurate reading if you just wana check to make sure cylinders are even psi get any one they got to just check you want each side to be within 5 psi of each other about that

your looking at 400 for pipes new thats cheapest i know i'm gona get yelled at but the 450 might be a better quad for the first bike kinda thing but the banshee is awsome also

i think if you drop them on you your looking at mid 60's if you get like a full drag you could get like 80 hp out of em if you have some extra cash drop a 4mm stroker in it and get a full dragg that thing would rip

i don't know what they did to your motor but if they raised the exughst ports its gona drop compresion don't worry long as you got same compresion each side i'm running 15cc domes 165 each cylinder at 1,000 above sea leval just to give you a idea my compresion was within 5 pounds thats all you needto worry about being the same both sides

any porting what elevation are both cylinders within 5 pounds of each other ? if so i wouldn't worry about it if its a fresh bore give it a couple more tanks to get the rings set and shit you will pick up a lil more compresion duno what kinda compresion tester your using but if it has a hose it won't be as acurate as one that dousn't have a hose but that dousn't really matter long as your cylinders have about the same compresion in each one

when you were tighting the screw did you have the adjustemet on the lever all teh way in then did you have some one hold the arm on the case all the way forword ?till you alighned it with the notch then tightend the nut then let go of the arm and go up to the bars and adjust out till you got the the half inch of slack did you start with a new cable

i droped about 8 degress with distilled water and water wetter i have a temp guage on my water hose

i had the same problem with my dirt digger clutch it was crappy

i don't think its the clutch it would slip evry gear under a load mabey a shift fork ? or second gear is fried

your head will not fit i think there is a place that sells cool heads for them might talk to meat about that i know nothing about the wiring but it sounds like a bitch you need the whole wiring harnes cdi coil stator evry thing i duno how hard it is to find alot of thoes parts but i'm sure if you go to your local yami dealer thay can order the parts brand spanken new might be nice for the wires seince they would be clean
