how do you know you lost hp ? did you dyno it befor you ported it ? did you use the same dyno both times? did the person know what they were doing that dyno'd it was it jetted right dynos varry you could make 90 hp one day and 76 the next just to let ya know its how dynos work there are alot of things that can varry on the dyno..... a dyno isn't a tool to see how much hp you have because its practicly imposibal to get a acurate reading its more for like if you dyno with a certain pipe and change the pipes like right then and dyno 170 psi you should only be running a 50/50 mix just wondering have you rode the bike at all to see how the power feals ? or just dyno'd it ? just wondering all this stuff because dynoedge is pretty well known and i have never really heard anything bad till this if your sure that they screwed your whole motor up i would get the fmfs just to show them that they fucked up....... but it also sounds liek there doing what ever they can by offering you new cylinders and no charge

get a set of big bore ones they will work better for your type of riding then the regular sleaved cylinders

i don't think theres anything you could say bad about dan great guy to talk to knows his shit and douse some of the best work around

don't go to any of the " big name shops " they don't do as good as work as alot of places i don't really know any shops in cali but patriot racing douse a kick as job on motors

i don't like spacer plates of any kind i have a 370 lr and used the spacer plate with stock pistions i wasn't able to find studs long enough to work correctly and i had problems with gaskets blowing out just a bad experince over all

pipes shouldn't blue if your jetted right if they are that means your lean and your exughst temp is to hot

cpi chrome dousn't flake off really good job if your just duning and trail riding stick with the t-6 pipes they will work fine with porting

i raced a alba ported bike once that had a 4mm in it the i had a mx ported 370long rod motor and i beat it by about 3 bike langths evry time i wouldn't want alba even looking at my motor

swing arm looks like it would be prone to twisting to me no supports or anything

i rode with a 75 year old lady at butter cup she had a banshee no joking she out duned me she was so fast it was scary and i ride verry hard i was having a hard time keeping up but her and her husband all they do is go from dunes to dunes to dunes all year long i guess its what they live for
