your gona have to have some kind of porting to use a 4mm crank as far as long rod or not go with the long rod it help the pisiton angle witch will reduce wear on the pistion skirt over heating and life of the engine in not a problem from what i have seen theses are really strong motors with torque up the ass

macs are verry nice computers i use a g5 at school somtimes i have a pretty decent pc at home i never have problems with it and i'm using some big programs like 3ds max and maya there 3d animation programs and never have problems i can't rember the last time i used the crt alt delete i think any more its not a matter of wich works better its a matter of witch you like using more i give it to mac they have came along way

i have one of there heads tip i can give you is freaze the big o ring for like a day or its not gona fit then when you go to put it in make sure you use grease on all of the orings but on the big one your gona have to mover your finger over in while it is in the groove to get it to fit in there but over all its a good head

i take no responciblty if you do this but it did work for me i bought a non oring master link used it and just stuck the orings on there it was easyer to get togeather for some reasion and it lasted as long as the chain did

quicksand motorsports for aarms and swing arms lsr has no chance against quicksand the welds on the quicksand stuff are perfect if you look at a lsr product the welds look like shit compaired to quicksands not to mention they cost a shit load more if your building a stroker and are gona be dragg racing i would go with a +4 swing arm they work really well on 4mm strokers
