  2. YEP !!!! Jeff and Cody have been GREAT to deal with. Bought A LOT of other stuff from them for my build also. He's even shipping all my other parts currently. To let me get started on the bottom half. I totally expected to wait and get everything in one shipment because of shipping costs, but Jeff actually suggested to go ahead and ship the other components to help me out !!! Customer service is AWESOME... Thanks F.A.S.T !!!!
  3. My cylinders are at F.A.S.T racing for porting right now. I am new to Banshee's myself. I saw this thread 2 days ago and it made me wonder the same thing. So I contacted F.A.S.T and was told (NO). I just have a stock stroke with 28 mikuni's , T5's , and 64.50 pistons getting a play/Dune port. Don't know if a different set up like a stroker would require it or not though. Sent from my LG-H700 using Tapatalk
  4. Hmmmm!!!!! Best I can suggest at this point is to redo a leak down AND compression check. If it passes both ? Pull that carb again.. Make sure float is set correctly and not dumping fuel into cylinder. I believe it should be set to 21mm. But don't quote me on that. Look up video from South Texas Banshee.. He has A LOT of GREAT instructional videos. Sent from my LG-H700 using Tapatalk
  5. What do you have the air screws set at ? How many turns out ? What is your set up and mods?
  6. Blow through the pipe ? Make sure nothing blocking it ? Like a mouse nest? Dead mouse? Etc... Believe it or not. This happens more often than you would think on bikes that set a while. Just trying to think of the not so obvious stuff first. Sent from my LG-H700 using Tapatalk
  7. Did you do a leak down test first ? Sent from my LG-H700 using Tapatalk
  8. Did you clean carbs during rebuilt ? If it's been setting ? Jets would almost surely be dirty.
  9. Has anyone tried tractor bar tires ? Just curious, cause I am currently in the process of building my first banshee. Which will be used mostly for woods and hill climbing, and that is what I use on my rail buggy. NOTHING beats them for hill climbing on buggies. Personally I use a skinnier set than most, and I make it up more stuff than most. My theory is... Skinnier tire equals more weight per square inch for traction..Seems to work GREAT for ME... 10. If the armature on the engine moves but clutch doesn't work ? Then most likely your ball and rod welded together. Sent from my LG-H700 using Tapatalk
  11. Why? You got mosquitos chasing you or sumpin? Sent from my LG-H700 using Tapatalk
