  2. Not to be that guy, but golly they are expensive aren’t they? $600 some dollars not including the manifold boots? Phew lol Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Alright, sounds good Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Alright, and that’s on which size pwk? You said 39 or 41. I ride woods with some hillclimbs and drags occasionally. (Yes I know it’s a lot of motor for woods lol) I’m not looking for the bleeding edge of power either since the motor is so big anyway, plus it’s a lot of money to risk leaning out and blowing up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. 521cc cub motor, 23cc super cub domes, 50/50 93 octane-110 octane Turbo Blue mixed at 32:1 Maxima Formula K2, +4 timing, and unfortunately still the FMF golds that came on the bike when I got it. Probably wouldn’t hurt to get a couple sizes up and down from those too right? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. Of course of course. However I have no idea where to even start because I know nothing about Keihin carbs as I’ve been using Mikunis. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yes I built the motor, and you read that right about the single carb. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one on a big motor Banshee though. Also guys, about what jet sizes would I need on the pwks? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Hey all! As the new year comes around, riding season for me is coming up too. I’ve just gotten my 521 motor done, except I need bigger carbs. Right now I have Mikuni VM30 carbs. I was looking at Mikuni VM38 snowmobile carbs. Does anyone have experience with these? I’m open to ideas here. I’m also not opposed to a big single carb since tuning would be much easier. Also I want to know about the cable setup, as I had to modify my stock cable just a little bit for the VM30s, but they work great. Anyway thanks for the input! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. How much? I have the ability and tools to make one myself but not so much time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Are you gonna start selling these? I want one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. The blue plastics are cut or un cut? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I got a "2002" that turned out to be a 2000. I wanted the 02+ because of the brake light too. I think it was 02 and on btw, not for sure though. But I bought a cheap motorcycle taillight/brake light on eBay and the switches and had it all done for 50$ with an oem rear brake switch. I ended up buying a brand new 02-06 harness from Southtexasbanshee which is fantastic by the way. I ended up having to have him switch a couple of my plug pigtails to 02 style and he even wired my tether kill switch right into the stock kill switch pigtail, all for 40$. Highly recommend his work to anyone needing Banshee wiring done. Great quality and service. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Take some pictures with it installed please! This sounds awesome Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. That's true, I put it on with my finger to keep it thin and scrape any splooges off with a tiny bondo scraper Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Why not use some RTV black on it? Or ditch the base gasket entirely and use just the RTV. That's what I do. Gain some bottom end compression and make more power. Of course you shouldn't do this if your piston to head tolerance is low.. that could be bad lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Really wanting some blue front fenders uncut. 150$ shipped max for pretty decent condition. Don't like that someone cut mine, tired of getting covered in crap even on a short put around the yard. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Available still? Uncut?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. How much for the whole motor? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Regular old "race cut" front fenders. Want the stockers because I trail ride. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Of course not. This thing has only gotten the best or OEM this far why go cheap now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Well I need a new pick up coil. I went to ohm it and as soon as I touched the one wire on it, it broke off. So I'm gonna get a new pickup coil, might as well get a stator and CDI too since I've replaced nearly everything else on this bike but those Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Alright well it's definitely more than that right now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Forgive me for asking this idiotic question but that's the magnet thing on the outside of the flywheel right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
