  1. Adding better reeds make your bike run richer. Just off hand no. Ride for awhile and check the plugs for color. Tips need to be light brown.
  2. After riding all day at the dunes, and you go to pizza with a bunch of 16 and 17 year olds. Take your drink with you when someone asks you to go get some salt. Other wise your straw will be full of tabasco, or have the out side paper twisted up and put down the straw. Those little monkeys will do something to ya.
  3. Well first switch the sparkplug wires. To see if one of the caps may be bad. If the other side starts to run, there ya go. But the reed peddle could have chiped or cracked. If none of that helped take a compression test. Then just maybe the black box just went bad. But that is just too coinsadental. Check a few things and get back.
  4. Earn a turd? Thats funny!!!! I think I'll wait. About that hand cannon, be careful you don't shoot it a lot, one handed. Some people have gotten ligament damage because of the big whalop it has. Fun gun anyway, if you don't hit it you are going to nock whatever over from the blast.
  5. Doesn"t that guys arm get tired? Get some TDR .018 and port the cages. They are about $33 shipped. Keep the stops. They will keep the peddles from fluttering and then cracking. A couple of little dings in the head won't hurt performance. Can you smooth them out? I have seen some heads that looked like a little kid with a new hammer was practicing on the squish band.
  6. The fan sounds good. Other things you can do. Put in line billit coolers, bigger radiator,(kind of expencive) or a aftermarket water pump impeller. Ebay has all of those.
  7. Pigs in a bikini on a suziki WHAT!!!!!!!!
  8. Amsoil (50to1) runs clean and had no problems.
  9. Edster11, sorry about getting off your subject. I have ported cast iron heads but no aluminum. Porting aluminum is a whole different deal. Go look at this guys web sight www.eric-gorr.com He has lots of information, mostly on the port timing etc. Also go into the old forum and search on porting. I remember several times people going through the whole porting thing. Dan
  10. Thanks Matrix, I will take you up on that when I need to rebuild. I hope I can get some other cylinders and then port them before a rebuild is necessary.
  11. The race logic porting kit has magnets with the port size cut out. You put it in the cylinder line up with top and scribe the port size with a sharp point. Then port out to the line. Its not radical but a good solid hp gain. Go look at racelogic.com
  12. Matrix if you are done with the kit, do you want to sell it? :?:
