  1. I do run pods. Have to sandwich them on because they hit the pipes. One large filter in the center would clear.
  2. That's the basic idea . Something a little cleaner looking like this.
  3. Get another gauge or borrow 1 from a friend to see how far yours is off. Then again your friends gauge could be off
  4. Sleeper06 is Da man!!!! Long island is were he's at.
  5. Some what Ghetto, but this is the idea. I'm sure JD could fab something up a lot nicer.
  6. Not sure if he makes 1 for a Banshee, but I know he does for a 250R
  7. Not sure on what kind of power a 535cc can put down. For back in 03 a 130+ hp does seems stout.
  8. Good idea. I have a nice stock air box I can hack up.
  9. JD get movin on this. Please make the tubing is made out of Alu. and include different size hose ends for 35mm & 39mm carbs. patent pending
  10. Anyone remember this Dirt Wheels article from May 2003?
  11. Glad to hear you are happy with Sleeper's port work. Never heard a bad word about him. I'm very happy with the performance of my 10mil serval.
  12. Someone needs to come out with a nice 2 into 1 filter setup. Not like that cheesy 1 that Toomey has. This needs to be made of aluminum tubing and can fit a large single K&N pod on it. It can use different size rubber boots to the carbs, so if you changed to smaller or larger carbs the unit would still fit. A lot people having clearance issues with pods / pipes ect... I think there would be a good market for this. JD where you at??????
  13. Mine fit better than that. Grease them bitches up and slide em on!
  14. I just replaced my billet manifolds with UPP's. My pods where hitting the pipes, so the upp's dropped it down some.
  15. Yes you can. I just did that yesterday. Just seams easier to do it on a workbench.
  16. Coolant leaking into the chamber??
  17. Are the Pulse are going to hook that much better than these?? They don't look that much different.
  18. Now that I'm making good power ( 10 mil) my tires [xc masters] just spin. I need a tire that can do it all. Not enough sand here for a paddle. I go down paved roads to get to riding areas. There is soft sand, gravel, hard packed and trails. Anyone use Skat trak terrain traks? I know that they wont be as tough as a 6 ply trail tire, but I can still keep my XC tires & wheels for trails. Any help or info on sizing or how many paddles needed. Gearing is 15/40 as of now. Thanks.
  19. I would be going up on that main. I believe going up one size is about a 3% increase in fuel. I would be going up to a 310 to be safe.
