Anyone done any creative tricks on how to protect your pods/outerwears from melting? Besides the easy solution of going and buying the $40 covers from cascade. I dont care for how they look and I have to believe over time they will fall apart. Im wondering if anyone has any other creative alternatives? I have heard of people running header wrap around the pipes but some people still say they will burn there filters.
I saw that and sent an email. Im confused as why its so much, considering I believe this is a used one. Im not technically savvy on carrier design to comare it to the ebay one I linked.
I need to order a new one to bolt into my +4. I would like to find a red one for this price.

wouldnt this work to convert over to a 1 1/8 bar? I have a set of pro taper CR highs in the basement that I would like to put on my shee.
well keep in mind some of the sponsors on this site that are well respected for building top notch motors suggest the knock offs. They said they cant tell much difference. I already ordered K&Ns. To save $30 in filters for a non name brand chinease knock of an american engineered product is not worth it.
Which manifold do you recommend? I was planning to do the UPPs. I have read people have issues with the UPP and billets with allowing the carbs to hit the clutch.
I just realized that on the alba website they allow you to buy shocks separately. They dont allow the legacy, or stage 3 option. Kind of odd. They allow Stage 1, 2+r, 4, and 5.
Thanks for the pictures, and suggestions.
This was what made me want to do black pipes...looks good here
