Tors is simply the Throttle Over Ride System doesnt really effect the spark but it does cause the issue your having so unplug it from the carbs and from park brake it should kick over

Yup crank seal is bad on that side i bet esp if its leaking from the stator cover side

Might want to adjust for summer on the main but do prime it first i usually do 3 wot turns on mine pull the choke and kick it over she goes over quick
