Hopefullt the frame is straight and no cracked welds

So i just put new bearings in my carrier now wheni slide my g force axle in i have like 1/4 gap left of splines showing on the break hub side. Seems like it wont go any further now and i cant get the c clip in place on the axle nut. Anyone have suggestions or maybe know why it wont slide in now? And yes i put everything in right i triple checked. And i even tried to give some love with a hard rubber mallet and nothing Help me out someone

Type f will glaze your plates tho if not changed after a hard ride. I use 20-50 motorcycle oil it says made for wet clutches so make sure you check that. But if you wanna run some good stuff get honda 85w gear saver
