Okay, I met this guy at the dunes (Jason skok) and he hooked me up with some custom sparkies that bolt into the end cap, I personally think they look badass, but I want to put a down turn to the outer plate for noise reduction. The inner diameter of the plate is 1 3/8, this is where I want to weld the down turn. I need help with dimensions and material, how to cut, bend etc. just any ideas in general would be nice. So far the ideas I’ve had would cost an arm and a leg to make 2x small down turns. Sparkies are made of aluminum. Thanks fellas Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Get Paddle brats. I run those 9 paddle 3.5 psi and they hook hard in everything. I tried running 6 psi and it had noticeably more spin. You could try running 3 psi and see if it helps, im no pro on sand setup I just know what I have works good

yes just cap the transmission vent under the water pump. and the tube from the radiator, just run it down the frame next to the left a arm, just zip tie the end to the bottom of the frame and cut the access off.

I eliminated that stuff on every motor ive had. I capped the one vent with a silicone cap under the water pump.. as far as the coolant over flow, same thing, Just run it down the bike fame in the front and zip tie it. Also the vent tube in the back just run the tube out the back. I dont even have a tube on my breather tube, just the white plastic piece. iVe never had any issues but im sure some will disagree
