New snap on compression gauges aren't the best quality IMO, also all the matco, Mac, Cornwell and Craftsman compression gauges are made in China or Taiwan. Get your hands on an oldschool Snap-on MT308KB kit, best compression tester set ever!
I still might do it, gonna find out about stripping powder off the frame. I really like the idea believe it or not. Sounds crazy probably haha

I would chrome them if I got them but I should've cut the original light brackets and drill a hole before powder, then it could kinda be like an option to rock them or not. Know what I'm saying?
Just buy a billet one from Mattoon machine on eBay for 18$ or whatever it costs. Not much. It will seal better then a used one and you get a quality billet product.
