  1. Pulled the flywheel and its not that, key if fine
  2. I have checked the pick up and its definitely not that. Any other ideas? Here's another video ... you can hear it pretty well on this one
  3. Cool i'll check that out. If its not that could it be a bearing maybe? Just trying to eliminate the basics before it gets pulled apart
  4. Just started up my bike to go for a ride and noticed its now making a ticking/clicking noise at idle. I didn't go out in the end. I'm concerned... should i be? In the second video when i kill the engine you can hear the noise a little prominently.
  5. Looks clean. I bet that'll shift when its finished.
  6. Any pics of your bike?
  7. Whats the reasoning for them not being legal in the states? Are they deemed to dangerous or something?
  8. Nothing special really, just the same ancillaries as a bike (turn signals, horn, stop light and front/rear light for day time MOT) . Then just tax, insurance and MOT etc . And E-marked road legal tyres.
  9. Cambridge. A fair distance from Shropshire unfortunately..
  10. Yeah, but its a shame we have some of the poorest quality roads in Europe. I've had a few proper scary moments because of this. How come the law is so strict on ATVs over there in the states?
  11. Its 57" rear and 57.5" front.
  12. Been using the 450 for mudding over the winter. Now time for the Bansheeeeee
  13. Just get some sand paper and go round the inside of the spacer to remove any burrs and open it up a little. Mine were tight but they do fit.
  14. My DMC exhaust collars have melted and crumbled to nothing in about 5 rides. Used some radiator hose as a temp fix and it lasted literally 5 mins. I need some real high temp clamps that are going to take the punishment, or some kind of high temp hose that i can make some out of. Suggestions please?
  15. I contacted DMC. They suggested going to a 340 and 30 pilot. Seems excessive to me ...
  16. Did you get any further with this? I went up to a 320 main and still going yellow.
  17. I'm not anticipating much interest here as parts are based in UK, but thought i'd try as i knows there's a few UK banshee owners on here .. Bars, switchgear, throttle, clutch perch, TORS, nerf bars, front/rear shocks, rims/tyres, axle, A-arms, all lights, bumpers, heel guards, rear wheel spacers, disc covers, OEM seat cover, boost bottle, grab bar. Prices £15-100.
  18. I have the exact same problem. Mine have gone yellow and have melted the shit out of the exhaust collars too. Bluejob works well to remove the yellow but the actual problem has not be solved yet. I run a 300 main middle clip.
  19. I'll try some 320s then im using 300s right now. Middle clip.
  20. Melted the shit out of the exhaust collars too.
  21. Is yellowing definitely lean? I read online that yellowing is rich and bluing is lean. My plugs don't seem to indicate its lean.
  22. Did they send you another set?
  23. Won't it just burn off?
  24. I haven't cleaned them with anything yet. I was going to buy some bluejob to see if that works but i just wondered if this should be happening first.
