  1. Does it happen only when it's wet or been washed
  2. You might as well have a straight pipe for a silencer.
  3. We're trying to get it going again tonight guys... log in http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/chat/index.php
  4. I have the lincol sp-175 pro
  5. I know you may have tried this already but have you tried a different needle and pilot combo. I don't care what other people are running. Mines wayyyyy different than it seems it should be on my grr motor. I'm running a 40 pilot and Andy swears it should be at least 55. I think it's still rich on the pilot...lol. I had to switch needles too. It's just something that can make a world of difference. Ask shredish about changing the needle.
  6. The rear shock is a quality shock. Just have it rebuilt to your weight and riding style and you'll be glad you did.
  7. I'm in the chatroom instead. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/chat/index.php
  8. If you built your own tester just glue some elbow onto it so the pump and everything will reach outside the frame. I understand your question though. It seems like you should be able to fit it in the frame with some help. Just don't put the flywheel cover on so you can still get the chain on.
  9. I'm not 100%, but a lot of carbs have only one side pressed flat so it can only come out one way. Take a small nail and tap the pin out.
  10. I always put the top end on in the frame just for weight reasons. I'm always by myself. Hell, I don't even put the flywheel or clutch sides on until the cases are in the frame. I'd imagine it'd be pretty heavy by yourself and maybe a little tough to fit it in there.
  11. Mine was the same way with grr pro porting. I added compression and damn what a difference. I was at 160psi and went to 192psi. Then added a lightened flywheel. It was night and day also. Funny thing is, Jim at Passion Racing is the one that helped me with what to do to get my motor to pull hard on the bottom.
  12. I wouldn't use heim joints. I've seen to many sloppy ones.
  13. loco, if that is the case then you are correct. I'm anxious to see the final outcome.
  14. The reason most 2 strokes will start to break down is because we mod the hell out of them and they will produce power. If you use simple mods and do your regular maint. you won't have trouble. Use quality oil too.
  15. I know this may sound crazy but try going to a bigger sprocket in front. The thirteen can wind out to fast and make you shift through the gears like a mad man. It might be what you are looking for.
  16. i think the guy cant ride or isnt setup right, i race a patriot stroker every weekend and smoke him from top to bottom, street or dirt...i say just the oppisite of locco im on my tenth banshee and jims motor is the fastest ive ridden, smokes my trinity shee hands down....my friends with port magic bikes cant touch me either......loccos bike runs like shit and it aint jims fault mine runs tits...... Are your and loco cylinders running the same porting specs. Maybe the cyiliders should be looked at just to make sure there wasn't a mistake in a reading or gauge when they got ported.
  17. We've got some people in here now... cool.
  18. Took me a sec to find it. Here's the link http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/chat/index.php
  19. Let us know what you find. It's always good to post answers to your problems so the rest of us know. It may be helpful to others.
  20. richening Just think about how the needle is shaped and where the fuel is coming from. If you raise it, the skinnier part will open the hole (venturi) sooner.
  21. As long as your fronts dig into snow, it's gonna be hard to push it with anything.
  22. I don't know about a website but CottonEyeJoe makes some serious "bling". You should see some of the stuff on his quad. It's very light too.
  23. Girls on 450's are fast. Just look at that one at silverlake. Man, I wish I didn't have to go out of town this weekend. I'd be riding at the badlands.
  24. I'm a little unclear on were it's stuck.
