  1. That's about it for now. Thanks though
  2. You ever check that plug
  3. Don't take it to a dealership. Look up the site sponsors. I urge you to do this. If not you may very we'll regret it
  4. It's possible that's why I told you to contact a builder to true and weld the crank they will go over the crank while they have it
  5. ^^^^^^ what he said. Mix you some premix in a spray bottle. The starting fluid on a two stroke is a tragedy waiting to happen. I don't know how much you know about two strokes but starting fluid has no lubrication therefore causes excessive friction and heat leading to a seizure.
  6. Call a builder any of the reputable site sponsors and talk with them. First buy a clymers manual. It's worth it's weight in gold.
  7. The left piston being black is probably just Carbon build up. I would go ahead and split the cases and do all the bearings and true and weld the crank. If you plan on any power mods ever then go ahead and get the trans modded. With a tried and welded crank and trans mod you can build the shit out of it with no worries on what shape the bottom end is in
  8. Got it thanks just let me know
  9. Don't forget me billy bobby
  10. Text me 7314313378
  11. Do a compression test and see if both cylinders are within a few pounds of each other. If the right side is drastically different. Don't worry about anything else time to rebuild. If that checks out ok then so a leak down. Someone posted a good thread about how to build one. So if the comp test is ok. Then do the leak down test to find your air leak
  12. Wes text me of he doesn't buy them
  13. Pm me
  14. I just looked at your website and you make some awesome stuff. When I get ready to dress my Shee I will be calling!
  15. What you looking for
  16. Electro sport Cdi for 98 and up 60 shipped
  17. Go through the bottom end. If you get good power out of the top end you will be tearing down all over again but this time the bottom end as well because of trying to save time and money which in turn will cost you way more than just doing the bottom end now. Talk to a reputable builder and they will steer you in the right direction
  18. That's what I did and stator worked fine. Try this the stator is probably fine
