  1. what size stroker crank can I run with stock cylinders and with what size coolhead domes?
  2. yes but I did 2 turns out not 1.5 but they are both the same
  3. I just took the carb off and blew all the jets out with carb clean and non of them seamed to have dirt in them and if there was there isn't now and still having same problem
  4. I just took the carbs out inspected and cleaned.. they seem fine...Now!.. when I put it back together I noticed that the cylinder that has been giving me trouble runs perfect at half choke when I take the choke off completely it gets weeker and back fires a tiny bit anyone have suggestions I just rebuilt the bottom end and topend so I no its not the rings
  5. iam thinking its ritch because I drove it out of the woods on one cylinder.. the cylinder that wasn't firing is now slinging oil all over the spark plug
  6. my banshee runs good but plug keeps fouling on one side I had to drive out of the woods on only one cylinder so I am thinking the side that is fouling is fluded what do you guys suggest I do ? it runs good when I put a new plug in it but fouls after a cupple seconds after start up.
  7. banshee ran fine .. did a rebuild and now has no spark ?
  8. Doing a bottom end rebuild , thinking about buying a hotrod crankshaft what other little things can I do?
  9. what is the highest amount of compression you can get and still use pump gas ?
  10. use a ball peen hammer and a chizzle when needed
  11. if ur running pump gas use 22cc or 21 cc on stock port. if u got a port job done find out how much compression you currently have and compare it to a stock set up compression if u have less then a stock set up u might wanna use 19cc domes
  12. nice bike man i am in the middle of a project just like this... that bike is going to be a weapon! one thing you should buy is a full chassi skid plate to protect that nice motor you got if you do any trail riding. or even if you don't do trail riding it helps keep things clean. I learned the hard way and I am in the middle of tearing my bike down because I bashed my motor off a rock :verymad:
  13. hey biiiss I have a set of fmf pipes that are about 10 years old and they are a little rusty and dirty what is the best way to polish them up like new again they are not to bad they just need a little bit of the right elbow grease... also how do you clean the carbon and oil build up in the pipes. thanks
  14. do not use normal motor oil u need wet clutch gear oil or 80w gear saver or automatic transmission fluid is probably the best if u use reg stuff u will burn out your clutch ...be sides that I would just cheek your break fluid flush it if needed. check your chain (clean and tighten if needed) flush radiator like you said. clean carbs.. clean air filter cheek tire pressure you want only 4 psi in each tire.. check all nuts and bolts tighten if loose and continue to use the same mixing oil and ratio as previous owner.
  15. i had the same problem it was my emergancy brack sensor .. if you pull the wire out where it goes into your your parking break lever at the tip there should be a little button push that in and hold it and start ur bike up see if it works .. put a new spark plug in that right side
  16. only i cupple things would make that happen.. ether you hit a rock or somthing.. or ur chain fell off and got jammed between the case and sproket same thing happend to me its a fuckin piss off
