  2. Carbs synced, no air leaks. Electrical? Clutch side is the wet side. I'm also thinking I should swap out the rubber carb boots and just get a single piece billet from modquad or something.
  3. Both my plugs are the same colour. But the right one is more wet with oil. Not a lot or anything but enough I know something is off. My exhaust header is a little loose on the left side as well where it connects to exhaust port, and seems to drip black stuff a little. Maybe that's the problem. I'll admit. The T5's have seen better days. Motor is a 4 mil dune port.

  12. Well, its more like I'm trying to get rid of stuff I don't use anymore. I'm not hard up for the cash, I just don't use it, I would rather see someone get joy out of it than just sitting around collecting dust. And by the way, no offence taken.

  16. Getting some feelers before I put it up for sale. One hour on a brand new redline motor. BRAND NEW cylinders with Dune port, cases port matched, 4mil hot rodz crank trued and welded new bearings and seals all around, cool head, hinson billet clutch with kevlar plates, new fly wheel, +4 timing, domes for pump gas,pro mod tranny, shift kit pancake bearing, all new gears in the clutch side, vforce 4 reeds. And probably more I can't think of. I got the works done on this motor. Gas and go Motor is clean clean clean. Getting out of the banshee game, it sucks I only got to ride it once. I can probably ship from Niagara NY, will have to take a trip across the border.
  17. im fairly sure there 28's i took calipers to the motor side of the carbs and it read 28.00mm unless i measured it wrong, weird thing is it has the stock stamp on them, 2GU 00 so i dont know. maybe they were bored at some point. anyways. yea ill double check float height. and one pipe is slightly hotter than the other yes
  18. Still no luck. I did notice a small hole in my Toomey T5 though, could that be it?
  19. Your bike sounds exactly like mine used to, I went with 15/40 gearing, still lots of power when you need it but you can stay in 3rd gear and cruise quite easily through trails not having to shift constantly. I'd recommend 15/40 or 14/40. Or not, your choice
  20. I may have figured it out, re routed the fuel line, I think the one carb wasn't getting enough gas and had air in the line, shortened it up and flows freely now. I'll do another plug chop or two as well. I got pump gas domes but with Cams kick ass motors I think I'll have to use 93 octane instead of 91. Perhaps go up a main jet size as well
  21. Boots are brand new, everything including hardware to seals is new on this motor, I spared no expense. New new new! Might as well have come straight from the factory that's how new everything is, minus the upgrades obviously. Carbs are 28mm mikuni, I dipped em in carb cleaner for 24 hrs, rinsed in hot boiling water and blown with compressed air. As I always do.
