Think I read somewhere the transition through out the throttle range between bottom to top is better with the cel. Not 100% sure though. Is that why?

Never tuned these carbs before. Just got them. Always had the stock mikuni. I used the search and got an idea. 160 mains, jjh needle 2 clip from top and 50 pilot seems close(ish). What about air screw? Elevation 1000' Amsoil Dominator oil 50:1 94 octane Cool head w/ 24 domes 4mil dune port K&N dual pods CPI exhaust Vforce 4 reeds

Well then why is it leaking now. It's not like I had a reason to take it apart till now. Still doesn't explain one wet plug and one dry. One ride and a year later I do another leak down test before a trip and it leaks. I'm no mechanic. I followed your directions for jetting. I believe you also said you trued the crank since it was used. And replaced a bearing. And made sure the welds were good.
