  1. Not what i expected, but i never raced this quad or a quad like it before My best was: 1/4 mile was 13.382 @ 91.82 1/8 mile was 8.248 @ 83.05 2.00 60ft. I'm running 20x11x9 Kenda rear tires stock transmission and 15/42 sprockets 421 Cub +4 timing 39 PWK carbs, fair bit of tire spin. if i didn't spin off the line, i would bog it and run worse time. This isn't a race quad, but i was expecting lower times.
  2. Use a torque wrench on the clutch spring bolts. they don't need much and will strip easy.
  3. did you do have the cards off right before this happened?

  14. I'm going to reassemble and make sure everything is snug, and carbs are right. Do another chop and see how plugs look and report back in a few days.
  15. ill try to do a fresh plug chop this weekend. it passed leak down. it held 6.5PSI for over 15 minutes.
  16. It's still holding 6.5psi for 15+ minutes. DGH needle. Middle clip. I'm basically at sea-level.
  17. What's all needed to ride there? Requirement wise.
  18. they did come with smaller clamps, but i found them cutting up the intake. maybe i tighten too much? Any ideas sir? i think ill do a leak down on it again to double check no leaks. but if it has no leaks?
