Yes it is, I used it once, it is in perfect condition. It works great, a must have for very fine tuning of your carbs , even your idle. I sold the quad so this is the only reason I am selling it.

Rear shock very little time on it, picture shows it dirty but this shock is in mint condition. 180lb rider and stock swing arm $450

Elka says the bike should be about 8 3/4" off the ground, the shock can be adjusted to raise or lower by the spring adjustment.

It is a stage 3 so I think compression and height adjustment only.

Carbs are sold, Only thing left is the Elka Stage 3 shocks, the rear is dirty in the picture but the thing is in excellent condition, the fronts are just about as nice but the paint has come off the 2 black knobs only
