  1. TTT carbs no longer for sale. swinger is still available, it has the carrier, brake stay, braided brake line.
  2. I turned the air screw to 1/2 turn out and she screams any opinions with them being 1/2 turn out ?
  3. I found the jet mains are 155 pilots are 48
  4. elevation is 650 needle clip 3rd from top I thought I had what jets were in it wrote down but can not find it. motor is stock with billet intake and pods no air box and pro circuit pipes
  5. Also the fuel/air screw at 1.5 turns out it would not start unless I pulled the choke and then when I gave it gas nothing was there, I have them 1 turn out right now and it starts and runs decent but needs some tweaking so what should I tweak ?
  6. OK, I got some help, right now I got it fare and it just needs some fine tuning. I need to mess with the fuel/air screw to see if I need bigger pilots and maybe lower the idle a tad more. It is taking a few before the motor returns to low idle right now so what would cause that ? the sync tool is showing 4.5 on the left carb now and 5 on the right carb so I need to fine tune that or is that close enough ?
  7. I purchased a pair of PWK 28 carbs on here from a member and purchased the sync tool from fast and something is not right with one side and it may have to do with the motor ? one side at idle draws about a 7 and the other side does not draw until I give it some gas, I looked inside at the slides and the one side that is not drawing wants to lift first so when I adjust so they both lift at the same time the side that draws on the sync tool will top out first and that does not seem right, if I hold my hand over the carb the side that is not drawing will not do anything but the other side will choke out, I am sure the cables are seated correctly and I have not done a leak down test but sounds like I need to do that. It seems to be firing on both cylinders but the one side that draws smokes more. Could any of this be do to the idle screws not being in sink ? I had to adjust those when I started it. If someone with knowledge on this would PM me your # so I could call you that would be awesome.
  8. Thanks, so even at one turn out does that lean the bike out ?
  9. stock carbs with stock motor with pro circuit pipes k& N pods V-4 reeds billet intake and fuel / air screw was at 1/2 turn out, I turned it to one full turn and it will start still with one kick but at 1.5 turns it will not start well at all. Does the screws have anything to do with how the motor runs other then starting and idle ? and being at 1/2 - 1 turn out is this ok or does it look like I need bigger pilots ? I am not sure what is in it
  10. I nicked my first stump and I think it blew the stabilizer out, only has pressure in the highest setting, I am sending it back. for a refund and getting another stream line
  11. Rears are 20x10x10 9 paddle
  12. I have a good set of dune tracker 22-8-10 on aluminum 2+4 off set rims, not sure of brand, they are not polished but are real nice rims I do not think they are pitted or dented as well. text for pics 616-638-5375 $125 pick up in Grand Haven, Mi I might consider selling a set of 21-10-10 9 paddle haulers with matching rims with the fronts with them for $200 Not looking to ship unless buyer pays shipping.
  13. TTT swinger also has braided rear break line to go with it.
  14. I installed the alba steering stabilizer and I would not recommend this product. I had to modify it as well, the clamp that goes around the stabilizer and the hiem joint for the frame mount will flop around so after everything is mounted and tight the stabilizer will flop around and rattle. I had to drill out 2 washers as shims so it would tighten up. you need to put one on each side of the hiem joint to take up the slack it has. I have a streamline that I purchased for my raptor 660 and do not have this problem and it was nice and tight
  15. I would like to see pics and or links about these please
  16. The 450 is the same.
  17. Thanks guys, I was thinking that was the way.
  18. any tips or links on how to change the rear axle bearings ?
  19. I ordered directly from Alba and dealt with Cory
  20. Yes that is correct, and to even assure you that the ball joints were not on backwards I had to replace one of the outside ball joints and I ordered a outside ball joint and it was the correct one
  21. Well to top all of this off I also purchased a alba steering stabilizer for my banshee, I just went to install it and the dang thing is for a YFZ450 I do not know if they are the same or not until I call them but I do know the instructions are for the 450 and not the banshee so even if it was the same I do not have proper instructions to install it and I can not install it until I can call them tomorrow seeing it is the weekend. I know the banshee and raptor 660 are the same stabilizer but I do not think the 450 is the same. Some of you might think that with all these problems why am I still buying stuff from them, well all of this came to light after the majority was purchased, the stabilizer was the only thing that was purchased after and only because they sold it to me for half price for the trouble, so I guess I got what I paid for, LOL
  22. Right, and a bunch of it really, they are good people, I guess it might have to do with there new stock because he confirmed everything with the parts he has in stock.
  23. My issues were not operator error, the tie rod ball joints were never removed for me to even mix them up and put them on backwards I even had to replace one and ordered a outside ball joint and it was correct. if I do it your way then the inside ball joint will be the outside ball joint and the outside will be the inside and so down the road if I ever sell the bike or I forget that the ball joints are spun around and I need a outside ball joint and I order a outside ball joint then I will have the wrong one because I would need the inside for the outside The stock ball joints were on the bike I should not have to remove them and swap inside and outside for their tie rods to work right. I bet you spin your motor around just so you will have reverse..
