Your chain seems to come off a lot too yeah I bought it from a guy that bought it from tidos76 and he said it kept coming off at the drag strip, I never had it do it to me...

I guess I'll chime in too, I'm rebuilding my entire motor and had a 2-5 override out of another shee that I parted out. I'm running stock drag ported cylinders by fast and a stock stroke long rod, v4 reeds, shearer small bore, 34mm pj carbs pump gas. would it be a bad idea to run an override, I don't trail ride it much just ride the shore line and drag race and go to little Sahara ok a few times a year?

I'm going with a 2-5 in mine when it goes back together, but it's not going to be my only atv to ride...

if they fit I wouldn't cut them, I seen a lot of shees with the rails cut and they seem to be holding up good on the dunes but I wouldn't try to jump it like a mx bike but if you're not having clearance issues I wouldn't cut them

I'm not an expert but I thought people cut those so certain aftermarket cylinders will clear the frame.

are you running aftermarket cylinders?
