I always pack some high temp wheel grease in the carrier for just in case a seal was to fail and to help protect the axle from rust. But not really much of a need for it since the bearings are sealed

this guy on eBay sold what was suppose to be a chrome axle for a banshee for $180 and it looks just like a oem coated axle. I sent him an email stating that the axle I received isn't chrome. he replied back saying that I'm wrong that it is chrome, I should have purchased a dura blue if I wanted "show quality chrome". I told him that I have purchased tusk/g-force axles for the same price with "show quality chrome". to top that off the box says that it's made in Taiwan!

yes split them, you will have to replace all the seals, they would burn up while baking

could be a number of things, what kind of upgrades does it have?, is it hard to start?, tors removed?have you done a compression test?. I bought a 97 a couple of years ago and it did the same thing, turns out it was worn out low compression. it still ran good on top but had no low to mid

I always thought that a longer axle was more likely to bend on a high powered engine, that's just my thoughts I'm sure that someone that's been dragging for a while would know.
