  1. No cons. It is actually below oil level. I'm certain it is left over from the RZ350's thermostat system. (Why it has 2 screw bungs next to it) Even the Banshee Clymer refers to it as a coolant hose. New lockout covers do not have a provision for it at all.
  2. NO, but yes, but NO! Never open a hot radiator.
  3. No, the TORS completely kills spark.
  4. Parking brake rev limiter and TORS are 2 separate systems/circuits. To completely eliminate the rev limiter, cut the green/yellow wire at the CDI
  5. They are all doable from the outside. IIRC the shift shaft seal is the lowest one, it would dump the most oil. A quart and a half leaves an awful large puddle.
  6. There are 5 possible things to leak in that side of the case 1 -shift shaft seal 2 -Trans output (countershaft) seal 3 -neutral switch o-ring 4 -shift fork bar plugs (2 of those) Degrease, clean, dry and inspect.
  7. If it fell out, yes. If it did, check that your case vent is clear.
  8. you don't have to split the case to replace the seal behind the sprocket. also look at the shift shaft seal below it, It can be replaced from the outside too

  10. It'd be best to message him here or on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/kompulsiveconcepts/
  11. Talk about closing one eye... guaranteed the brown eye was closed tight.
  12. Did you see his jump video on Facebook from a couple weekends ago?
  13. He's always game. You can't always just get lucky (Trash talk for dramatic effect)
  14. I owned a 73 Buick Gran Sport that came factory with a M22 fine spline so long ago I sold it because I couldn't afford to put a clutch in it But, yes, that is a very good analogy.
  15. Very much easier when the engine is off. and Since I never find myself in traffic at a stop light, I never have the need to find neutral while it is running.
  16. I'm assuming that you meant "float bowls" because the floats are the same left and right.
  17. There is supposed to be a small pin in the bore of the carb. It's known to fall out. It keeps the slide from twisting.
  18. To be clear, 10pm our time, our your odd ball Eastern time zone 10pm?
  19. rotor bolts must match the hubs
  20. rotors are different too, but probably interchange
  21. Hubs are different, notice the back of the wheel studs and the recess for the rotor bolts
  22. You're welcome. I'm sure that one is what you need. Now, for the real question, this thread is old as fuck... WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING? LMAO
  23. The Raptor 250 and 2012 carbed YFZ use the same throttle and cap. Although mine measures 1 1/4 between the the bolts on the right side and 2" give or take on the other 2 dimensions.
