  1. Thanks guys. On the lookout now for some arms and shocks.
  2. Huge help man thanks! I do plan on running SS brake lines next. Is there any brand of arms that you would suggest that would fit stock shocks? One more question. I found a pair of progressive shocks laying around my dads shop brand new. Was curious is they would work. They are 16" from center of eye to center of eye.
  3. Since i am new at getting into banshee things and after picking one up i want to do all kinds of things to it. I was curious to know why most a-arm set ups i have seen for sale say "+2 wide/+1 forward" can someone explain exactly what that may do for the bike or how it will look any different. Would brake lines, shocks etc. Have to be upgraded? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also if you have any suggestions for me, i want a lower/wider look for my banshee. Thanks! If you can show me pictures of the +2+1 and then of stock i think i could get a good idea. Thanks again!

  6. That tells me the year? Also what if i want to run the numbers to see if it has been stolen or not?
  7. Who knows how to go about running serial numbers and checking a year model on a banshee. Also can someone tell me the difference between the numbers on the engine and the numbers on the frame?
  8. I will look at them here in a minute. It was your plugs?
  9. When i am riding after about 3-4 minutes and get on it. The bike wants to bog down until it dies. After another 5 minutes of kicking it, it starts again. Get on it and it bogs. One time it bogged down and i let it roll and then it caught life again. Pain in the ass the restart it after it does this. Can anyone explain why it may do this or how i can fix it? Thanks!
  10. What are the torque specs on the wheels? About to throw new shoes on the girl and don't want to over tighten and definitely dont want to under tighten.
  11. He said it was a stock fresh rebuild. Vitos jet kit 290-340. I would like to know if anyone around me has a little more knowledge about these than me haha.
  12. Looking for someone in the north Texas area Dallas or Denton area that specializes or knows how to work on banshees. I just picked up a 1999 and would like for someone other than the seller i bought it from to inspect it and go over it and get an experts view or suggestions on what i should do first or what needs to be looked at. I know a little about these but not all the way mechanically inclines. Any leads or numbers of folks that can help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
