  1. Do a compression test. Very possible you hurt that motor from running it that lean. Having to jump start that is a good sign your low on compression.
  2. Lms ran dm pipes on a cheetah with reducers. Fucker ran like a raped ape.
  3. i have a complete bottom end. Not sure whats what in there being i never tore it down myself. Was told it came from a good running bike from the member on here i bought it from. But im not gonna guarantee all parts are in good working order just on the fact i have not tore into it.
  4. that same add is listed in pa,nj,ect... And that turbo bike is cool as fuck.
  5. Turn frame on side. Spray bolt with penetrating oil. Get brass punch about 1/2 diam. Beat with sledge. Ive had stubborn ones but i alway got them out this way.
  6. Just grind the radius of the cover into the pedal to get your clearance. If i remember right youll have to grind about 3/8" off the pedal in the deepest cut.
  7. Make sure your eccentric screw is adjusted properly. Idgaf what anyone says, a promod is not always the answer for shifting. A lot of the times the shift shaft is worn or eccentric screw is out of adjustment. I had 90+ hp mtrs with 100% stock trans parts shift FLAWLESS under heavy loads. Another HUGE problem and probably the most common is simply shifter position. Most people tend to have shifter down too far and while shifting the foot is not completely coming off shifter therefore shift shaft wont engage the star for the next shift.
  8. Even if it is an ebay one they work flawless. Ran one for yrs and so have many of my buddies. Bump for nice junk.
  9. I like oem rims. Id run 22rear 21fronts. But thats just what i like. If your into mx then its probably worth having a set of rims/tires dedicated just for that.
  10. Sweet ride. Add a bigger set of rear tires to the shopping cart. 18" suck for trails.
  11. Post pics. I wont beat around the bush here so ill just tell ya like it is. Send motor to redline racing. Call Cam up and he will set ya straight.
  12. The toomey needles are a must imo for stock carb. I could never get mine to trail ride smoothly until i slapped a set of toomey needles in. Hell, i even ran toomey needles with other pipes. The needles are longer then stock and have a longer taper to them making them have a lot more tunable for different riding styles.
  13. From my gathering checking with police is NOT the best route. Usually if an atv is reported stolen it will only go in the police log shit in the town it was reported in. (This info was past on to me by 2 different police depts.) Best bet is to take vin to notary and have them submit it to dcnr.
  14. by law yes. If you dont have it contract a good notary. They will do a title search and probably a vin trace.. og owner(you) should get paper work in mail.. then take said paper work to notary and pow. Done
  15. Reason i ask, last i knew ny didnt title quads. Ya only received BOS from dealer and that is what you used to register atv.
  16. do you register the bike being your in NY?
  17. Ive bought multiple used quads without titles. I have never had a problem obtaining a title for them through dcnr. Now dirt bikes are another story...
  18. Most of the time id be willing to pay more for a bone stock bike in mint condition. Well over 3/4s of the bikes out there with aftermarket parts are complete junk. Its cheaper in the long run to start with a mint bike and mod to your liking vs buying a heap with bolt ons and the bike needs a complete rebuild
