  1. Pics of carbs. Will help with further recomendations regaurding getting more fuel in your motor. Also what tank,cap,fuel valve are you using?

  3. Doubtful. Usually just epoxy the lower in the webbing and trench. also the voids between the case halves get epoxied and the upper is usually welded under where the intakes are on the cylinders. Dm and dmx take more welding and epoxy to fit the cylinders on. Back to the ? Of a 16 super even being possible.
  4. Cases are not a big deal. Can go 18 in stock cases. Can even do a dmx cylinder on stock case.

  6. Still confused on the custom orderd cylinders comment. How many do you need to order to get a tall enough casting to fit that stroke? What are you refering to when you said lots of machining? I would think adding material would be involved first. When increasing stroke your gonna loose blowdown time unless you raise the exh roof. But usually exh duration gets a little to high. A cylinder cast for larger stroke would have transfer ports lower in the cylinder. Can anyone reputable confirm that this size super can exist?

  9. That's what the internal adjuster compensates for. This is why you get a longer screw in some pancake bearing kits. One is for 7 plate one is for 8 plate.

  12. Who cares where it is lever pulled in. Arrows line up with slack in cable and thumb pressure on actuator arm. Adjust till it lines up with internal adjuster. Set perch adjuster for free play
  13. Correct me if im wrong but a 14 cub is built from a 10 cub cylinder. No fucking way your getting a 16 stroke to work there. You will be exposing the exh floor at tdc and exh duration will be way to high. also no way stock reed cages are going to flow enough to support over 300cc cylinders. Thats why cheetahs and dm have bigger reeds.
  14. I would buy a head and custom domes if you go the cub/serval route. If it was me i would rebuild what i had and run it for another season while saving for a 4 or 10 mil serval

  16. Who said you can do a 16 super cub? I'm pretty sure the reeds are a limiting factor around a 10 mil super. Sleepers are only good for 1 or 2 races anyway before word spreads. Better off to just build a small motor that runs
  17. translationI bought an old harley lectron of ebay. Its a real piece of shit and wont run on my bike. Its way to rich so i think it needs a different metering rod and with no pj the 250r guys dont want it. Everyone except zilla freak says the single carb setup doesn't perform well. I thought i could believe him but he cant even finish an efi setup so i better just off this thing. Its pretty much scrap metal so i'm aware that no one wants it, thats why im gonna add cash on my end towards your dual carb setup.
  18. Thought everyone told you a year ago that a hybrid build is over your head. If you cant tell if a chassis is straight you still dont have the skills to pull off a build.
  19. It had no spark when you pushed it into the garage after it had been sitting. You moved the wiring around while testing and it ran until the wires moved on a bump. You have a bad ground or intermittant open. Start off by buying a new harness from kompulsive concepts?. Fixes 90% of these problems and it is one of the cheapest parts to throw at the problem.
  20. In your application its not worth the money. You could run 6 cut stock springs with a lockup with stock weights and it would apply similar pressure to what you have now. Use the money to find more tq to get you out of the corners.
  21. It would have to be real lite springs (like 1/2 pressure of a stock) to slip on a dirt/trail bike. I would not think there would be enough load on the motor

  23. Make tight bends with steel fuel line sections to clear obstacles.
  24. ^^^^this is not a fact. I can pull my lever in just fine at the end of a pass in high gear max rpm.
