  2. You can send a stocker to crankworks for phase pinning but that plus rebuild is about 600. Keyed vito is cheaper. Learned this the hard way
  3. Those lines have weird ends for a banshee. What year or are there other fittings missing?
  4. Buy new boots. Those are crap. Pulse pumps need pressure and suction to work. Source needs to be on the piston side of the reed cage. Those are just air leaks waiting to happen. Kaboom

  9. If you going aftermarket cylinder why not start with a serval. You could always port it into a cub if you wanted to later. As far as cranks if you go 4 mil look at vitos as they have keyed webs to prevent twisting out of phase. I know i payed way more to phase pin and rebuild a stocker than it wouldve cost for a vito. Lastly that girdle head is a waste of money. Run the cut stocker from justwannarace
  10. Wouldn't there just be more pressure holding the lip to the shaft? That's what the sping does on lip seals.

  17. How much would the 46 plus intake boots and manifolds be? Any provisions for a dry nitrous type kit in this system?
  18. Have you reset your idle speed (not air screws) since you turned the slides around. I thought the slide was ramped on one side for the idle screws.
  19. Direct mount custom throttle bodies to reed cages. No intakes or boots needed. Just a thought
  20. Your definition of big stuff is not the same as mine. 535 could use 46mm. 20dm maybe 52mm?
  21. You would need trx250 for cheetah and small dm. Large dm and dmx is cr500. I think twister might use yz but not sure. As for tb i would think 46 or bigger. Im running 44 and 48 lectrons.
  22. So what your saying about lifting the cylinder on a stroker is like running a spacer plate on a 4 mil. Seems like most frown on that. Anyone read the old post on ps about crankcase compression theory? Seems like this is what ru is getting at. Also lets try and keep this banshee specific. Not really interested in hondas or kart engines. No unicorn engines either. Lets use examples that people can actually build.
