    there was a thread on here somewhere would have to do some digging.

    so its a 40 mm carb the metering rod is the needle on the slide pull it out and should have some digits stamped in it. if ya want more power stock pipes werent the way to go.

    He didnt ask where to get a new one? if ya bypass it andd gets power theres a break in the wire somewhere or shorting out.

    ive never used accorn nuts. copper washers or any sealer and ive never had a prob with a head leaking unless i forgot a oring

    they'd be threaded in the same as in stock cyls. So how is that a issue?

    if your crank isnt welded id consider it before you start bumping compression

    go back to stock studs and back em out till there long enough they dont need to be bottomed out and cub cyls threaded hole depth isnt consistent
