Ok cool yeah i bought a kit. Awesome packaging since im doing a build from scratch lol. Just wasn't sure how they were for the cases. Did you guys use the one that connects the wishbone linkage to the swingarm(bottom one of the two. Mine hits the swingarm when compressed causing it to bottom out before the shock does

Anyone run these on their bikes? Just need to pick up a allen type head to fit torque wrench? Any issues using them on cases?

Hey Bigred. I have your how to saved to my desktop already lol along with my clymer, Ill play around with it today and get back with ya. I had my old drum and forks and it cycled thru all the gears fine they both had burrs where the nipple rides in the drum so i replaced them.

Rebuilding my engine. Bought new shift drum,star and forks. When shifting thru the gears it shifts good but when i get to 5th gear the 2nd shift fork(closest to the shift star hits the case. Not sure why and if anything can be adjusted since the stopper plate limit's movement of the drum. Right now all i have installed is drum and forks and shift shaft don't want to continue til i figure this out. Thanks! Nick

Hello, need a crank for stock rebuild, should I buy a used crank for cheap and send.it in(to where? Suggestions) to be rebuilt or buy a new one. New hot rods is about 550-590 where i have looked. Sound about right? Thanks!

I bought a set of stock carbs from another member on here. There is a small tube that comes down from the carb body into the bowl next to the pilot jet. Looks just like the one that is in the bowl that goes up in an angle. What does this do? Am i ok with out it? Not even sure if i can buy it and does it just press in?

So I want to build another engine. I have a real nice case from a 94 and a buddy has a spare stator,kill switch and harness from a 02. Will this work?
