  1. I NEVER mark a package as fragile. I know people that work at UPS and they tell me that the UPS employees purposely throw and kick packages marked FRAGILE on them. Also, when I was younger I worked at a pick and pack place. When we loaded the trucks with the packages if they said FRAGILE on them they did the same thing. But on the other hand, the UPS employee I know told me that if the package is insured it handled with great care.
  2. You may want to ebay that bad boy.... It's hard to sale just one wheel. If you had two for double that price of just one I'm sure they'd go no problem. Good luck man!
  3. I've got my clip in the middle, 320 mains and 27.5 pilots and my jetting is great. That's for Cincinnati's elevation (700 feet asl) and I run an open air box with K&N. Once I get my V force reeds I'll drop my clip on notch.
  4. You have to use a flywheel puller then simpily unbolt the plate using basic hand tools.
  5. I wasn't directing my comment at yours by any means. I was just saying. A friend of mine was warmin up his sons 80 dirtbike and started goofing around trying to wheelie it and ended up falling off breaking his colar bone and messing up an ankle. LOL I do agree with you that falling off a wheelie at high speeds is not good for the rider or the bike. LOL
  6. I've seen more people get hurt going slow, playing around on kids quads/ bikes or just goofing off than people actually out riding. LOL
  7. Pop the clutch and let her rip....
  8. NO, don't do that. Take the carbs off the bike. Take the float bowls off of the bottom of the carb. Remove the splash gaurd, remove the main and pilot jets, spray everything down with carb cleaner. Spray in any passages, make sure that your jets are not clogged or anything like that. Clean any gumming off of the slides and inside the carbs. Once you tear into in you'll see what I mean. I like to get a shoe box for eash carb so I don't mix the parts up from side to side. You may even want to look into getting a couple carb repair kits from the dealer. They run about $15. Just be sure to use the right jets for your mods as the repair kit comes with stock jets.
  9. As for the hard start. Start with a compression test. May be low compression. I'd also clean the carbs out if it's been sitting. Mine sat for a while before I bought it and it took a few kicks to get it going. I cleaned the carbs, got the jetting set right and now it fires on one kick with no problems at all.
  10. Sweet. Congrats on the buy. And it's a 2 stroke, it's going to smoke.
  11. How much for the cool head and reeds? What size domes?
  12. Post some pics. My buddy wants a bike and I'm trying to talk him into a Banshee.

  14. Congrats. That's a good size baby.
  15. Nice
  16. Happy Father's Day fellas! Kids Rock!
  17. How does this scam work? I'd never buy a bike without seeing it and riding it first.
  18. Just made tons of clear ones and still have several black, white, frosted and pink.
  19. $440 shipped anyhwere for Chroms CPIs? I'm tempted to buy some and sell them for more! LOL
  20. Take the sides of the TORS tops off. One side is where the throttle cable hooks up and the other side has a short 2 or 3 inch cable that goes down to the slide. Make sure it's all hooked up and free. Doing this should help narrow the problem down. If all is ok there take the slide out and make sure it's all hooked up and isn't locked or jammed down in the carb.
  21. I've yet to get her out and really ride her. It's still doing good here at my house. I've fired it up and rode it around here and it's still doing good. I'm going for a big ride Wednesday so I'll have an update then.
  22. I call next in line on the 20s. PM me if they fellas above me back out.
  23. For example. Here's a nice 2002 with a fresh rebuild and some other mods for $1950 and I'd say he'd go lower because it was for sale when I bought mine. It's sad but you can't hardly give banshees away nowadays. http://lexington.craigslist.org/mcy/692793816.html
  24. That bike around here would go from $1300-$1500
  25. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=94748 I picked up this CLEAN and very nice 2004 for $2300 so that price is high in my opinion.
